Black is a new sleek style of this century and Less is the new more.According to Bert Archer (Toronto Life) , “At the beginning of the boom, roughly a decade ago, developers were adding 4,000 units to our skies a year. Now the number is 16,000, with condos accounting for 40 per cent of all new dwellings.” This means a large number of populations is preferring to live in condo’s. This has given designers a new way of setting design trends in a small space. This set of pictures is from one of the king west condo. The area is small but design is co-ordinated in such a way that u can’t even see the transformation of one room in to another. Monochromatic color scheme has been applied with black as an accent color.
